Find the therapist that knows exactly what you’re struggling with.

Do you find yourself carrying more than you let others see?

Maybe you're constantly showing up for everyone else while your own needs fall to the bottom of the list. Maybe you're struggling with anxiety, feeling disconnected in your relationship, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply trying to navigate a season of life that feels overwhelming.

You may look like you're holding it together on the outside, while internally feeling exhausted, stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.

Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and better understand yourself. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped you, while identifying realistic ways to move toward the life and relationships you want.

You don't have to navigate it all alone.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Shaffrayne Solomon, MA, LMFT

Clients often describe me as warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. My goal isn't to judge, pressure, or tell you what to do. Instead, I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—whether you're overwhelmed, uncertain, frustrated, grieving, hopeful, or somewhere in between.

I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to be honest about what they're experiencing. My role is to walk alongside you, help you make sense of what feels confusing, and support you in moving toward the life and relationships you want.

Hi, I’m Shay! I’ve been practicing in this field for nearly 12 years, starting in non-profit work before transitioning to a school setting, then a group practice—ultimately leading me to establish my own private practice. Each of these experiences has shaped how I show up as a therapist, allowing me to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their mental, emotional, and relationship health.

My work focuses on relationship issues, anxiety, trauma, and familial dynamics, while also considering the role of self-care in daily life. I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Structural Therapy. At the same time, I recognize that not every challenge has an immediate solution. Sometimes, healing means sitting with what is, allowing space for reflection before taking the next step. My role is to provide that space, offer support, and help clients identify what’s realistic for them in their current capacity—whether that means taking action or simply allowing themselves to be.

I’d be happy to share more about my background and approach to see if we’d be a good fit to start or continue your therapy journey.
