*Things to note about services with Illuminative Self-Care Therapy:

Therapy services at ISCT are strictly virtual; no in-person sessions are provided at this time. Zoom is the platform used for services.

Clients of ISCT have to be appropriate for telehealth to start services; this is determined at consultation and during first sessions.

ISCT’s business hours are midweek (Monday to Friday) from 9am to 6pm - Sessions take place from Tuesdays to Fridays and Mondays are typically when consultations are held. Day and time for sessions are established at consultation.

Therapy is most effective with consistency and weekly sessions to start are suggested. Bi-weekly and monthly sessions are options as well.
You can also coordinate a frequency that best meets your needs at consultation; and this can always be adjusted as therapy continues. -
At this time ISCT does not accept insurance plans.

Even though ISCT does not accept insurance, “Superbills” are provided and can be submitted to insurance for reimbursement (after out-of-pocket payment has been made). Please call your insurance provider before booking your consultation to see if this is something they accept. Further information for insurance purposes can be provided as needed.

ISCT also accepts vouchers from The Loveland Foundation* as a form of payment for individual sessions. At consultation, please inform therapist if you are a current voucher recipient.
